Magdelis Santos

Magdelis Santos is Studio Gang’s Business Development Director for Europe. Located in the Paris office, she is responsible for expanding the Studio’s growing practice on the continent by strengthening relationships, finding new opportunities, and leading pursuits.

Magdelis brings over a decade of experience in legal and business development roles in international architecture offices such as Ateliers Jean Nouvel, BIG, and 3XN Architects. French by birth, trained as a lawyer and with a passion for cultivating happy and creative workplaces, Magdelis is uniquely suited to support the Paris team’s operational needs. Working closely with the Marketing team in the US, she also serves as a critical link between Studio Gang’s offices.

She was drawn to Studio Gang for their commitment to gender equity and its ethos of sustainable change for communities. Magdelis holds a Master of Science in Legal and Tax Management from the Edhec Business School at the University of Lille and a Master in Business Law from the University of Paris XI.

An adventurer at heart, Magdelis has lived in New York and Copenhagen, and likes to explore new restaurants where she can enjoy a good glass of wine.
