Architect Ana Flor (she/her) is a Design Principal in charge of Studio Gang’s Paris office. Joining the Studio in 2010, Ana has developed expertise in designing complex cultural, educational, and residential projects. Following stints in our Chicago and New York offices, Ana now serves as the co-head of our Paris Studio alongside Rodia Valladares.
Ana’s work at the Studio includes key roles on some of our most prominent projects, including supporting the design and planning for Enterprise Research Campus, which is currently under construction in Boston. She also served as Project Leader for the Gilder Center for Science, Education, and Innovation at the American Museum of Natural History, which the Wall Street Journal highlighted as “The Best Architecture of 2023.” Other built work includes the Arcus Center for Social Justice Leadership in Kalamazoo, MI, and the University of Chicago Campus North Residential Commons.
Currently, Ana is overseeing the work of Paris-based design teams on several projects across Europe, including a mixed-use tower in Southeastern Europe.
Ana received her Master of Architecture with Distinction from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. She completed her undergraduate studies at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid which included time at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in Switzerland.
A frequent lecturer, Ana has spoken at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation, Universidad Modelo Campus Mérida, Parsons School of Design, Paris, and ARQfestival in Guadalajara, Mexico.
