Shunfan Zheng

Shunfan Zheng (he/him) is a Designer I in the New York office, where he is working on an upcoming campus masterplan in the city. Shunfan shares the Studio’s interest in finding innovative adaptive reuse strategies, believing that there are lessons to be learnt from the past that will take design into the future.

Originally from Shenzhen, Shunfan has studied and worked across China and the United States on a variety of projects in rural and urban contexts, including an internship at the Shaanxi Provincial Conservation Engineering Institute of Monuments & Sites in Xi‘an, China. He holds a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Architecture from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan, China. Outside of the office, you can find Shunfan watching movies, swimming, and enjoying spicy food.
