Studio Gang is seeking full-time Project Leaders to join our team in Chicago. Project Leaders at Studio Gang coordinate all aspects or components of a project, including preparation of design and construction documents and specifications.
Responsibilities:
• Operates more independently and responsible for the administrative coordination, design, and technical details required to bring a project to completion.
• Understands the structure of a drawing set and is intimately knowledgeable about the phases of a project.
• Demonstrates an understanding of how all management and communication activities support strong design.
• Responsibilities include: reviewing and having working knowledge of architectural services agreements (contracts); maintaining project schedules; reviewing project scope progress, project-related costs, design communication, and documentation; design analysis, presentation preparations, and delivery; and time management.
• May lead a component of a project, coordinating aspects of design or a specific discipline.
• Able to balance their project work with the responsibility to mentor others and act as a resource in the Studio
Requirements:
• 5+ to 10+ years’ experience
• Professional or Master’s degree in Architecture preferred
• Bachelor’s degree considered
• Licensure optional but should be on a path to licensure

Studio Gang’s compensation packages reflect our commitment to offering fair wages that are benchmarked against market standards and cost of living benchmarks, as well as firmwide pay equity initiatives. The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $92,000-$118,000 per year. Final compensation will be commensurate with experience and location. Please note that the benefits and compensation are for US-based positions.
