Blueprint magazine reviews the Bengt Sjostrom Starlight Theatre.
“The building … invites entry through its openness. Its twinkly, curving ‘star wall’ is a friendly facade enclosing the ticket booth and toilets, and also a backdrop for the terraces used at intermission. Each of the stars (backlit windows) stands for one of the contributors to the project.
The theatre was built on a modest budget in phases over three years to maintain the summer performance season. ‘The most gratifying thing for us is that people love it and use it to its fullest.’”
