Beloit Powerhouse a Finalist for MIPIM Award
The Powerhouse is among five finalists in the “Best Refurbished Buildings” category for the 2021 awards. The MIPIM Awards 2021 judges shortlisted 50 finalists representing the most outstanding projects of the real estate industry in the world, and celebrating ground-breaking innovation, architecture, environmental qualities, integration and impact on the community. This year, the jury also looked at how projects faced the consequences of the pandemic on the way people live, work, shop and entertain themselves today.
This year’s jury is chaired by Méka Brunel, CEO of Gecina France, and includes real estate and architecture leaders from around the world. The winners will be selected by delegates’ votes cast online and on-site before and during MIPIM September Edition 2021, carrying equal weight with the jury’s own votes.
