MAS Context presented the third edition of Analog, a one-day event of talks, exhibitions, and an onsite pop-up bookstore in Chicago. The event, held in the Studio Gang Chicago Treehouse, was organized in collaboration with AIGA as part of Chicago Design Week.
Emerging and established design practitioners presented focused talks exploring food, exhibition, domesticity, and communication. Speakers included Lucas Daniel, José Esparza, Jeanne Gang, Martin Kastner, Thomas Kelley, Klaus, Ann Lui, Noritaka Minami, Craig Reschke, Zoë Ryan, Rick Valicenti, Tricia Van Eck, and Alisa Wolfson.
The event also included an exhibition of Studio Gang’s work designed in collaboration with James Goggin of Practise and an pop-up bookstore featuring books by speakers and other designers.
