Vista Tower Breaks Ground

Studio Gang’s 95-story tower in downtown Chicago broke ground on September 6.

Founding Principal Jeanne Gang was joined by Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel; the Honorable Hong Lei, Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China in Chicago; 42nd Ward Alderman Brendan Reilly; Magellan Development’s Jim Loewenberg and Robin Toebbe; and bKL Architecture’s Tom Kerwin, among others.

When completed, Vista Tower will be the third tallest building in Chicago, offering expansive views of the city while also creating exciting new connections at its base.
