Architect Jean Suh is a Senior Project Leader in Studio Gang’s New York office, serving as project leader for 40 Tenth Avenue on New York’s High Line, as well as working on the Studio’s 2017 summer installation at the National Building Museum and confidential competitions. Born in Philadelphia, raised in Seoul, and currently living in New York, Jean is driven by architecture’s ability to combine creativity, technology, and aesthetics and the influence it has on our daily experience. She was drawn to Studio Gang for its growth and experience in institutional and civic projects and the ability to collaborate with practitioners in structure and sustainability. Interested in travel, and especially strolling through cities, Jean is also fond of natural landscapes including the Redwood forests, waterfalls, and canyons. She holds a Master of Architecture from Yale University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia.
