Ashley Milfelt

Ashley Milfelt (she/her) serves as the Human Resources and Legal Coordinator for Studio Gang. She assists the Studio’s Human Resources team on hiring, recruitment, and benefits, as well as supports the General Counsel on contracts and licensing. Uniquely suited to this role, Ashley has spent most of her professional career as a paralegal with a particular emphasis on HR. Drawn to the Studio for their environmental ambitions and vibrant culture, Ashley hopes to continue to grow the company inclusively, setting new benchmarks within the industry.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Hailing from St. Louis, she considers Chicago home, where she loves being outdoors – except during the really cold winters. When not outside, Ashley enjoys spending time with her two cats, Momo and Tadashi.
